Description: BodyCraft Monolift Arms for SG1 Super Gym
The Monolift Arms for the BodyCraft SG1 Super Gym were designed to provide you with even better protection and support during exercises with heavy weights. These 'spotter arms' are movable, making it more comfortable and safer to rack and unrack the barbell, e.g. during squats. With standard J-hooks, for example, you have to take a small step backwards to pick up the barbell. However, thanks to the slight movement of the Monolift Arms, you can pick up and put down the barbell directly, ensuring greater stability. The Monolift Arms can be attached to the pulley posts of the SG1 at various heights. They can therefore be used not only for squats, but also for bench presses or barbell rows. These movable spot adjusters have a load capacity of up to 400 kg, offering even heavy lifters the opportunity to reach and exceed their limits.
