All in one. Works really great for workouts with large weights, but in case if you hoped to use these for weights up to 20 kg, I would go for the smaller ones from Bowflex.

Great ones for exercises with large weights, but in case if you want to use up to 20 kg, I would go for smaller Bowflex version.

Dumbbells are what I expected (good quality) and are easy to use. The only gripe I have is the length of the dumbells for doing certain exercises but to be honest they have to be this long to enable the construction of them so the pros' come with the (small) cons'. I would recommend these to anyone looking for some solid weights at home without the need for alot of real estate. Price is hefty but can be worth it if you compare to other gym systems and the small space they occupy.
