The Force USA multi-gym C10 All-In-One Trainer was developed for fitness enthusiasts with an eye for outstanding quality and versatility. The machine integrates nicely into a fitness room to offer a comprehensive training experience. The special design combines a cable machine with six attachment points including highly-adjustable 200°-swivelling pulleys on the uprights. The compact yet very sturdy construction offers virtually anthing you could ask for in an ingeniously well-thought-out package for effective strength training.
The outer cable arms have a pulley ratio of 2:1 and offer amazing flexibility while training. They can swivel over 200° or can be locked into place and feature freely rotating end pulleys. This allows for an excellent range of movement when performing functional cable exercises, and two people can each use a single stack at the same time.
Comprehensive cable machine setup
The heart of the C100 is its special cable system that allows for maximum range and smooth movements. The upper cables are positioned to allow for a full 90° lat pulldown while the lower cable attachment points are optimised for low rows inside the rack. Both cable pairs are connected to the dual weight stacks. For rock-solid strength: power rack and Smith machine
The Smith machine and the power rack on the Force USA multi-gym C10 All-In-One Trainer are helpful for building foundational core strength and can be used for a number of exercises. They support you with staple, compound exercises like squats, lunges, bench and shoulder presses, deadlifts and rows. These exercises can be performed with a barbell on the rack or using the guided Smith bar. The J-cups of the rack come with UHMW rollers to protect your barbell from scratches while helping you centre it between exercises, but you can swap the rollers out for the included shock pads if you prefer.Durable and versatile
The Force USA C10 is a sturdy steel construction made with quality craftsmanship. This all-in-one trainer is build to last, so you can enjoy trying and mastering a variety new exercises over many years. It comes with many different handles and accessories. The multi-grip pull-up bar lets you add bodyweight exercises to your workout routine. For anyone interested in upgrade options, the 5 x 5 cm steel uprights with 16-mm holes are compatible with many other Force USA accessories, for example: jammer arms or dip bars.Unique sliding bench option
The Force USA C10 Sliding Bench expands the capabilities of your Force USA multi-gym C10 All-In-One Trainer to provide comprehensive leg exercise options. The innovative sliding bench hooks up to the lower cables, which when combined with the included adjustable footplate, transforms it into a hack squat and leg press machine. Performing squats is safer and more comfortable on the bench and takes full advantage of the weight stacks with a 1:1 pulley ratio. With the leg extension/curl attachment, you can work your quads and hamstrings either using the cables or by loading on plates. Safety Information
- Before you start & safety precautions
- Read all instructions in the manual before assembling or using this equipment
- Only tighten nuts and bolts loosely until all equipment is assembled. Once the equipment is fully assembled, tighten from the bottom up, working evenly around the unit.
- Remove all parts from the packaging and count each component separately to ensure everything is provided correctly, noting that some items may be pre-assembled
- Follow the instructions and refer to both the individual assembly pages and the exploded views of the equipment whenever possible
- The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this unit have read the user manual and understand the safety precautions
- It is highly recommended that two or more people are used for assembly
- Ensure all parts are in working order prior to use
- Make sure all pivoting components are able to move freely
- Do not use or store the equipment outdoors or around water
- Do not over tighten any component with pivoting function
- Keep hair, fingers and clothing away from moving parts
- Only use attachments recommended by the manufacturer
- Never operate if parts are not functioning correctly
- Always stretch prior to using equipment
- Stop immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness or nausea
- Before starting any exercise program consult your doctor
- Preservative maintenance
- To ensure your equipment is operating at its peak, please follow the below preventative maintenance schedule performing all tasks upon initial assembly:
- Daily Maintenance
- Wipe down the equipment to remove any dust and sweat residue with a dry, non-abrasive cloth
- Inspect the unit for noisy, damaged or loose components
- Monthly Maintenance
- Thoroughly clean the equipment using a non abrasive cloth dampened with a mild, all purpose cleaner ensuring to thoroughly wipe down and dry the equipment afterwards
- Apply a 100% silicone lubrication (preferably spray) to guide rods, pulley sliders, weight plate carriages and any other moving parts where friction can occur including bearings (where applicable). Any other form of lubrication will void your warranty
- Check the tightness of all bolts, nuts and screws
- Check the cables for fraying or any signs of wear and ensure they are at the correct tension with a small amount of slack at resting position (where applicable)
- Inspect pulleys for any damage or cracks (where applicable)
- Knurling can be cleaned using a soft bristled brush to help remove any particles that may be nestled within the knurling
- Vacuum around the machine/equipment to prevent dust acclumulation
