The Nike 50-mm Grind Changes Plates – Pair were developed to give the lifter maximum control in small increments for smooth transitions in progressive overload for effective gains. Thanks to the durable rubber coating surrounding these steel plates, they are impressively resistant to wear and impacts and help reduce noise. The change plates fit conventional 50-mm barbell sleeves used in competitive lifting.

The Grind coating consists of at least 20% Nike Grind rubber, making them a sustainable use of rubber left over from the production process for Nike shoes. Since Nike’s shoe collection is constantly changing, each batch of Grind products is different, resulting in a unique snapshots of real Nike history!
