TheForce USA Sliding Bench Adapter for the Tandem Tower lets you attach accessories to the centre of the Force USA Tandem Tower so you can use its weight stack with the Force USA Sliding Bench. The cables from the Tandem Tower run along the lower pulleys of the Sliding Bench to produce resistance for exercises like leg presses, hack squats, leg curls and leg extensions.
This connector has no function when used alone and is not a universal accessory. It is designed solely for use with the Force USA Tandem Tower.
