- How it works: Press the inner button to release the safety mechanism, and the sliding pin pops out. Load the desired number of plates. Press the heads of the pins in fully until they engage; a green line indicates that the lock is secure. It could hardly be faster, easier or safer.

The modern quick-lock mechanism makes changing plates particularly fast and secure. After pressing the release button, the pin pops out so it can slide. After adding or removing the desired amount of plates, simply press the pins in until a green line appears, indicating that the lock is engaged.Advantages compared to classic spinlock dumbbells:
